Thousands of years into the war-torn future, humanity has advanced to such a degree that its substantial cadre of weapons and technology distorts the boundaries of human limits. Humanity must depend on its will to survive in a battle for the Holy Grail that could be its only savior... or biggest threat. In Xenosaga Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Bose, players contend for control of this reality's powerful Zohar relic to unravel its mystery and defeat the threat of the invading Gnosis aliens. To do so, gamers can customize their characters using more than a hundred different skills while taking control of a deeper, more evolved combat system. Returning characters Shion, KOS-MOS, and other Episode I favorites return as well, with more mature character designs, all-new mechs, and Hollywood-level production values.
