As the site director of GameSpy's Billy Hatcher site, I'm always watching the 'net for our plucky little hero. Not too long ago, I bumped into this mini-game and was pleasantly surprised.
Billy Hatcher and the Many Eggs is a Flash game developed by Thirteen4, based on the GameCube platformer Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg. The goal of the game is to hatch as many eggs as possible within the given time limit. Billy is moved by the arrow keys, and picks up eggs simply by touching them. Once he has control of an egg, it must be rolled over fruit until it is ready to hatch - that's when you press the spacebar and get your point.
The game is good fun in short blasts, but unfortunately, it won't keep your attention for too long. Although the levels all look great and resemble the levels of Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg, they are generally rather easy.
The game has its bugs - when it first appeared on the internet, there was a high score list. Unfortunately, it didn't work very well, and it now looks as if it was removed. Other bugs with the gameplay have been exposed, including having the "time's up" message appear as soon as a level begins, and a minor bug where Billy can sometimes run backwards after hatching an egg!
But these are all niggles. The bottom line is that the game is good fun, as long as you don't take it too seriously. The levels look good, the music is nice... and it stars Billy Hatcher! Give it a go, you'll more than likely enjoy it. Just don't expect to be coming back to it more than a few times.

The loading times are OK for most connections, and once a level starts you shouldn't experience slow down.
Graphics: 9.0
Great graphics for a web game. The levels are top down, but look very much like the levels in Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg.
Sound: 7.5
Playing to the Billy Hatcher theme tune may not be to everybody's tastes.
Gameplay: 8.0
Good, clean, pick up and play fun, as long as you don't take it too seriously.
Lasting Appeal: 5.0
It will last for a few short sessions.
OVERALL: 8.0
