Tales of Symphonia Description:
Nine years after the first Tales game, Tales of Phantasia, and quite a while after Tales of Destiny, the rest of the world finally gets to see another Tales game, this time with Tales of Symphonia. Players will see the story unfold through the eyes of Lloyd Irving as his childhood friend, Colette Brunel, embarks on a journey to regenerate the world of Sylvarant as the Chosen of Mana. Although left behind at first, Lloyd eventually joins up with her group, and he finds himself a big part of the events that are about to unfold, and not all of them go exactly according to plan. Tales of Symphonia boasts quite a number of series-unique elements, one of them being the enhanced Hybrid Linear Motion Battle System used in many of the previous Tales games. Characters can be customized using EX Skills, which not only affect their general abilities in battle, but which techniques they will learn depending on which types of EX Skills (Technical or Strike) the character has.
