The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures Description:
Trying to work on what Four Swords for the GBA did, Nintendo released Four Swords Adventures for the GameCube. Much like in the first installment, this game pits Link against Vaati in his quest to save Zelda. Wielding the Four Sword, he splits into four of himself, allowing them to take on puzzles that can only be done with more than one person.
An upgrade from the previous includes a single-player mode. In this mode, one player can either use a GBA or a standard GameCube controller to control all four links, either one at a time or with pre-determined formations. Multiplayer games require all players to have their own GBA.
Another innovative feature is that different areas are displayed on different screens. While all four players can see the overworld on the TV, if they were to enter a house or fall down into a pit, their Link will appear on their GBA screen.
